Ocean Park in South Surrey, British Columbia is steeped in history. Its appearance on early navigation maps and the use of it as a lookout point dates back centuries. A fort was built between 1820-1830, although no remnants remain except for Indian Fort Drive located west of 20th Avenue today. Tourists make their way to this picturesque neighbourhood frequently. Its storied past adding an extra layer of intrigue and beauty that cannot be found elsewhere.

In 1874, Elgin became a stage stop and opened its first hotel that boasted both a post office and country store. Two years prior in 1866, this small town was proclaimed Canada's customs entry port. Shortly after two more ports were constructed nearby. This neighbourhood is brimming with rich history.

Situated in picturesque and sunny South Surrey, Sunnyside is the perfect place that many call home. The name has no particular historic significance. Perched on the southern slopes of what's known as the uplands of Surrey, BC along Semiahmoo peninsula, it lends itself to amazing views and plenty of outdoor activities.

Since its settlement in 1878, Grandview Heights has been a sparsely populated place known for logging. However, when Highway 15 was finished being constructed the area underwent drastic modifications—not the least of which is where it derived its name from. The former Grandview Heights Elementary School stands as the originator of this town's moniker and today, this neighbourhood is very populated.

Just beyond the sunny borders of White Rock, lies Douglas, a neighbourhood in South Surrey that is home to the internationally recognized Peace Arch Provincial Park. This picturesque park straddles both sides of the U.S.-Canada border and has been enjoyed by visitors from around the world since its opening day in 1967.

Semiahmoo is a quiet neighbourhood in South Surrey, British Columbia, Canada. It is located nearby the Semiahmoo Bay and has its own highschool.

Just to the west and east of 152 St. and 32-34 Ave, you'll find Rosemary Heights West and Rosemary Heights Central—a spectacular neighbourhood bordered by Highway 99 on one side with a beautiful river and ridge landscape along its northern edge. Although relatively recent in development compared to other areas in South Surrey, this area is brimming with life and activity.

Positioned in British Columbia, Canada, and a part of the Metro Vancouver Regional District is White Rock - nestled alongside Semiahmoo Bay to the south and encompassed on three sides by Surrey. We love the ocean views when cutting the grass in White Rock.
